GYM RULES AND ETIQUETTE

Do

  • Go slow if you're new: Training hard without experience can lead to injuries. Focus on learning at a slower pace.

  • Tap early and clearly: Avoid injuries by tapping before it hurts. Tap loudly or clearly to ensure your partner stops.

  • Mind your space: Be aware of your surroundings on the mat. If you encroach on another group's space, reset in your area.

  • Heel hooks and twisting foot locks: BLUE BELTS and up are allowed to do heel hooks and twisting foot locks. Always apply with control and caution. White belts are allowed on a case-by-case basis.
